 ndieCade East\, the country's premier festival of independent video games\
 ; rub elbows with professional game designers\; play indie and vintage vid
 eo games\; make their own games\; and earn digital badges. This event is b
 eing held in conjunction with the 2013 STEM Video Challenge\, a national c
 ompetition featuring youth-made video games. This event is completely free
  of charge\, and open to teens ages 14–19. Lunch and snacks will be provid
